Leaked briefing reveals Defence warning on state of Australian Border Force

The Australian Border Force has been falling short of its target for sending patrol boats to sea by 20 percent, mainly because of underfunding, and this deficiency has “posed an increased risk” to maritime security, leaked documents reveal.
