[Men's Basketball] NAIA DII Men's Basketball National Tournament Preview

BOURBONNAIS, Ill – It's been two years since the Olivet Nazarene University men's basketball team made an appearance at the NAIA Division II Men's Basketball National Tournament, but the 2018-19 edition is more than ready to make their return. The Tigers are still riding a high from capturing the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) Regular Season title, becoming one of the first teams to earn their bid to the national show. Ranked 15th in the latest NAIA Coaches Top-25 Poll, the Tigers will face No. 19 Briar Cliff University (Iowa) in their opening contest. The matchup will feature two of the top players in the country in Nic Reed (JR/New Albany, Ind.) and Jay Wolfe, both earned Player of the Year honors in their respective conferences. Tipoff is scheduled for 9 p.m. on Thursday, March 7 at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
