Luis Suarez has joined Barcelona stars in mocking Real Madrid’s humiliating exit from the Champions League on Tuesday night.

The ex-Reds striker The Mirror claim took to the social media moments after the contest at the Bernabeu, to share his comments regarding his former club - Ajax win before heading to Anfield.

"Congratulations, I have always been a fan of Ajax,” added Suarez while tweeting at the Dutch club's official Twitter handle.

Interestingly, the Uruguayan is not the only Barcelona-related football star to poke a fun on their fierce rivals after Los Blancos' last-16 bashing at the Bernabeu.

Already, ex-Barcelona captain Carlos Puyol simply commented: "OMG," alongside happy and sad looking emoji's after the game.

In the first encounter three weeks ago, Real Madrid claimed a 2-1 advantage, with bookies tipping them ahead of Ajax to seal a quarter-finals spot at home

However, Ajax surprised everyone with their game plan, after a 4-1 bashing to win 5-3 on aggregate.
