Knife carrying law is a joke says mum of 16-year-old victim

A heartbroken mother whose son was stabbed to death by a young man already cautioned for carrying a blade yesterday branded knife laws “a joke”. Amy Morgan, whose 16-year-old son Tyler Thompson was killed in 2015, insisted thugs caught carrying blades must face immediate prison sentences.
