Goose Goslin Chapter meet-up/ballgame (Reading, PA)
Join members of the SABR Goose Goslin Chapter to watch the Reading Fightin' Phillies on June 2, 2019, at FirstEnergy Stadium in Reading, Pennsylvania. All baseball fans are welcome to attend.
The Phillies will be playing the Richmond Flying Squirrels, Double-A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants. Before the game, we will take a tour of FirstEnergy Stadium, which has been named America’s #1 Classic Ballpark in all of the Minor Leagues by Baseball America, among other accolades. The tour is 30 minutes long and starts at 12:00 pm, so everyone should plan to get to the stadium by 11:45 a.m. The game starts at 2:15 pm.
Tickets will cost $11 each, and we will be sitting somewhere behind home plate.
