Ivanka gets mixed reviews from laughing at father's gaffe

President Donald Trump may have had a major flub on Wednesday when he referred to Apple CEO Tim Cook as “Tim Apple” during a meeting at the White House. But it seems that his daughter Ivanka is taking a humored approach to it, and attempting to laugh along with the many who are poking fun at the president, including comedian and political commentator Trevor Noah.
The Apple CEO was one of a number of people at the inaugural meeting for the American Workforce Policy Advisory Board, where both the president and Ivanka took part in conversations about advancing a national workforce strategy. However, President Trump stole the show when he expressed his appreciation for Cook just before calling him by the wrong name.

While many Twitter users jumped at the opportunity to curate a list of all of the tech giants who may be next to have their last names replaced with the titles of their organizations by Trump, Noah decided to re-up a Daily Show round upof all of the names that the president has actually gotten wrong in the past, with a game show called “Name that Person.”
“Welcome to the club, Time Apple!” Noah tweeted alongside the video, which features Trump calling Congressman Kevin McCarthy “Steve,” the head of the Fraternal Order of Police, Chuck Canterbury, “Ken,” and even refers to Paradise, Calif. as “Pleasure” during a press conference about the deadly wildfires that took place there.
Although Ivanka kept a straight face during the most recent encounter, she chose to laugh at the compilation of errors with a retweet of Noah’s post and some emojis.
However, many others responded to the presidential adviser by calling attention to the “disrespect” that her father displays when failing to refer to people by their proper names.
Others, meanwhile, conceded that their parents would likely do the same thing.
