Has there been a cyber attack on Venezuela's electrical power grid occurring since Thursday all over the country? There's no proof of US culpability but it has conducted cyber warfare and did so w/a computer virus on Iran in 2010. Considering US sanctions, rejecting Maduro as the legitimately elected president and supporting the un-elected Juan Guaido as president, the US has been interfering in the internal affairs of Venezuela.
