A University of Nebraska running back from San Jose turned himself in to police Monday morning as he faces a felony and a misdemeanor charge for his alleged sharing in 2018 of a video of a teenager --- his former girlfriend --- performing oral sex, according to the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office.
