On Monday, less than four months after releasing thrice-arrested inside linebacker Reuben Foster, the 49ers paid a premium to find his replacement: They will sign former Buccaneers linebacker Kwon Alexander, 24, to a four-year, $54 million deal with $27 million guaranteed, ESPN reported.
