Russians and Ukrainians Positive about Each Other
Despite the civil war in Ukraine and the annexation of Crimea, 82% of Russians polled said they relate positively to Ukrainians, 77% of respondents in Ukraine relate positively to Russian citizens.
A joint study in February 2019 by the Levada Center and the Kiev International Institute of Sociology showed that MOST Russians and Ukrainians also believe that relations between the two countries should be without borders, visas and customs.
The percentage of Ukrainians who related very good or good with Russians increased from their 2018 study to 57% from 48%.
This is bad news for NATO countries, mostly the US, who have spent billions over the last several decades encouraging racist neonazism and Russophobia in Ukraine through secret services propaganda and NGOs in attempt to wrestle Ukraine away from Russia. They just don't understand that Russians and Ukrainians are basically the same people.
