Spc. Patrick A. McDill, 22, died Sunday at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center from injuries he suffered in the crash. Jasmyne D. Russell-Dicker, 24, of Sanford, has been charged with driving while impaired and unsafe movement causing injury to a motorcyclist, according to a news release.
