US Cop Allegedly Forced Women to Have Sex With Him in Exchange for Their Release

Vice Officer Andrew Mitchell of Ohio's Columbus Police Department was arrested and charged on Monday with allegedly kidnapping women under the guise of arresting them and forcing them to engage in sexual acts in exchange for their release.
