Dealing with Disinformation: Facebook and YouTube need to take down provably false "news"

A recently published report from the NYU Stern Center for Business and Human Rights, written by Paul Barrett, recommends that “content that is provably untrue should be removed from social media cites, not merely demoted or annotated.”
