Correction: Mt. Hamilton not the Bay Area’s highest peak

An article Tuesday in the Local section incorrectly reported that Mt. Hamilton is the highest peak in the Bay Area. Copernicus Peak, with an elevation of 4,367 feet, is the highest peak in the nine Bay Area counties, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. Mount Hamilton, at 4,196 feet, is the third highest peak, according to the USGS.
