Supplied footage obtained on March 18, 2019 of a NSW Liberal Party advertisement with former prime minister John Howard criticising Labor over its preference deal with the Shooters, Fishers and Farmers Party. Howard says the minor party's NSW leader has previously pushed for changes to the 1996 National Gun Control Agreement which Howard himself instituted following the Port Arthur massacre. He says the preference deal means Labor will be under pressure to water down gun laws.
