Glee actor Jesse Luken charged with drink driving three months after he was pulled from crashed car ‘reeking of booze’
GLEE actor Jesse Luken has been charged with drink driving three months after he was pulled from a crashed car “reeking of booze”.
TMZ reported that the right front tire was mangled in the crash but no other cars were involved.
Police said the actor failed a breathalyser at the scene.
The crashed Toyota’s airbag had reportedly deployed.
Luken played jock Bobby ‘Boom Boom’ Surette on the hit musical-comedy.
His appearance stretched across four episodes in 2012, and he has also appeared in hit shows NCIS and Law & Order: LA.
Luken is not the first Glee cast member to have crossed the law.
Naya Rivera, who played cheerleader Santana, was arrested and charged with domestic battery after then husband Ryan Dorsey called police on her last year.
The couple finalized their divorce in June.
