I do struggle with Jamie. just trying to steer you in a better direction. Imho. Others have said Rick Stein but, again, he’s not a great chef. He’s a great broadcaster (love his programmes), just like the magnificent Keith Floyd RIP, the best) who, trust me, was no chef.
Raymond Blanc is a truly great chef.... but really not suited to tv. I quite like that. Like a great footballer (Rooney?) who’s useless in interviews. Get one of Ray’s books, if you can. And definitely taste his food.
