Daniel Levy makes transfer promise to Tottenham fans

Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy has the costs of the club’s new stadium will not affect spending on new players this summer.



Spurs are set to move into their new White Hart Lane-based ground next month, but costs are said to have risen drastically since the initial plans.



The Tottenham Hotspur Supporters’ Trust (THST) recently met with Levy to receive several updates about current events at the club.



And the chairman promised the stadium will have no effect on transfer funds in the coming window.
