GREAT British Menu has been entertaining the nation with top class cookery from some of the most talented chefs in the nation.
And now it’s back for a new series set to reveal even more culinary feasts for the judges. Here’s all you should know about the music-themed series…
When does the Great British Menu 2019 start?
The Great British Menu airs on Wednesday, March 20 on BBC Two.
This is the 14th series of the show and it will once again air in half-hour episodes.
This theme is Britain’s role as a world player in the music industry, which the show marking the 50th anniversary of when The Beatles last played live together.
The new format will see 24 chefs compete to serve up dishes at the final banquet at the iconic Abbey Road Studios.
Who are the Great British Menu judges?
The judges of the series are Irish restauranteur Oliver Peyton, restauranteur Andi Oliver and food critic Matthew Fort.
Andi Oliver replaced Prue Leith as a judge on the series after she joined the revamped version of Great British Bake Off on Channel 4 in 2017.
At the time, Andi said: “I am so absolutely thrilled to be returning and when I heard that this year we would be celebrating the extraordinary people who work in our beloved NHS I jumped for joy!”
Both Matthew and Oliver were part of the original line-up when the show was first created back in 2006.

While recipes from the last series are still available online on the site.
As well as recipes from previous series’ such as the Wimbledon-inspired series and the WI-themed series.
