The Congress-Janata Dal (Secular) coalition in Karnataka received a fresh jolt after sitting Congress Lok Sabha member SP Muddahanumegowda announced on Saturday that he will file his nomination as the Congress candidate from Tumkur seat, which has been given to JD (S)."Elected representatives and all local leaders want me to contest.
