BUENOS AIRES (Sputnik) - Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Brazil, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru and Guyana announced the creation of a new regional bloc — the Forum for the Latin American Progress and Development (Prosur), the countries' joint statement said on Friday.
