Duke endured a slow start offensively against No. 16 North Dakota State on Friday and pulled away in the second half, as the duo of Zion Williamson and RJ Barrett combined for 51 points in a runaway win.
Williamson and Barrett delivered plenty of highlight-reel plays, none more perfectly coordinated than this Barrett dunk in transition.
You may have missed it on the broadcast, but Williamson jumped in the air at the same time Barrett elevated for the slam. Getty photographer Kevin C. Cox was in the perfect position to capture the entire sequence, and the result is one of the coolest basketball photos of the year.
Duke will play UCF in the second round on Sunday.
