TEHRAN (FNA)- Mark Fitzpatrick, a former Deputy Assistant Secretary for Non-Proliferation at the US State Department, says Europe as well as Russia and China are needed to honor their obligations under the nuclear deal although he believes that the mechanisms adopted by Iran and the EU under INSTEX will not fulfill Tehran's JCPOA objectives.
