MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Northern Ireland's Democratic Unionist Party (DUP), the coalition partner of the United Kingdom’s ruling Conservative Party, said it would not back the Brexit agreement, negotiated by the government and the European Union, in a parliamentary vote.
