Two injured in Queensway crash, traffic backed up for kilometres
Traffic on the westbound Queensway was backed up for several kilometres Thursday morning after a three-vehicle crash past Elgin Street that left two people injured.
The collision occurred just after 11 a.m.
Ottawa fire reported its member had to force the doors on one vehicle to extricate a victim.
Ottawa paramedics reported they treated and transported two victims to hospital with minor injuries.
The crash site was cleared by about noon.
