Rockford man indicted on rape, kidnapping and other charges

ROCKFORD, Ill. (AP) - A registered sex offender accused of stalking a Rockford woman for months before he allegedly abducted her from her home last month, raped her and left her in the basement of another house handcuffed to a workout bench has been indicted on several felony charges.
