Flight Operations Aboard the USS Wasp - Philippine Sea

U.S. Marines and Sailors conduct 24-hour flight operations in international airspace aboard the USS Wasp (LHD 1), April 5, 2019 in the Philippine Sea. Maritime prepositioning enables deployment flexibility and an increased capability to respond rapidly to a crisis or contingency with a credible presence.
