TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif lashed out at the European states for lingering in the implementation of the INSTEX (Instrument for Supporting Trade Exchanges with Iran) mechanism, saying that Tehran will no more wait for them.
