Tucson woman accused in child abuse case reaches plea deal

TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - A Tucson woman accused with her husband of keeping her three daughters imprisoned in their home for years has pleaded guilty to kidnapping and child abuse charges.

KGUN-TV reports Sophia Richter reached a plea agreement Monday to charges against her in Pima and Pinal counties.
