Instances where your genitalia falls out of your clothes

Have you ever had a funny/embarrassing/devastating moment where your bits became compromised?

In a former life, a colleague and I were driving to a job. I was the passenger, in the front of the van. Any road, I got a stiffy and my old boy had escaped through an unknown whole in my pants. I was mortified. It was definitely seen but no mention was made of it. No mention was made of anything, in fact, for the rest of the journey. Still haunts me to this day.
