Kyiv court compels NABU to open case against Rada speaker Parubiy
Kyiv’s Solomiansky District Court has compelled the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) to file allegations of Verkhovna Rada Speaker Andriy Parubiy misusing public funds and abusing power or office in the national register of preliminary investigations.
The ruling dated April 2 gave the NABU 24 hours to comply, according to the information from the unified register of judgments.
The complaint concerned the NABU’s failure to comply with the April 2 ruling.
