Ryanair hand luggage app tool reveals if you need to pay for your bag - but does it work?

RYANAIR has unveiled a way to check if your hand luggage is the right size. The budget airline’s mobile app now has a bag sizer tool which measures the bag and says if you’ll have to pay to take it on board or not.
