MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Russian Presidential Envoy Alexander Lavrentyev and Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Vershinin discussed with Syrian President Bashar Assad the task of forming and launching the Syrian constitutional committee as soon as possible, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement Friday.
