The woman, a junior assistant, was posted at Justice Ranjan Gogoi's residence since August 27, 2018. She claimed the alleged incident of sexual harassment took place on October 11. The CJI's secretariat at his residence wrote to the secretary general of the SC on October 12 accusing the woman employee of sending unsolicited personal messages to the CJI.
