Fire destroys wheat on 200 acres

Wheat crop on nearly 200 acres and stubble on nearly 2,500 acres were destroyed in fire on Saturday afternoon. It took around 4-5 hours for many fire tenders to douse the flames that reduced the crop to ashes. Five farmers wee also injured in the incident.
