The Cedar Rapids Kernels and Minnesota Twins announce that OF Trey Cabbage has been promoted to Fort Myers; INF Joe Cronin has been promoted to Pensacola; OF DaShawn Keirsey, Jr. has been activated from the 7-day injured list; and INF Estamy Urena joins the Kernels from the GCL Twins.
