Congress accuses Modi govt of deceiving armed forces

Congress on Sunday accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government of deceiving the armed forces, alleging that it has failed on the national security front - BJP's prime poll plank in the Lok Sabha elections."The government has deceived the armed forces.
