Columbia Banana Bike

I'm hoping some one on this forum can help me! I bought and old Columbia Banana Bike and I want to restore it for my Grandson. I says "Good" on the seat and frame but the rest is missing? It has a truck sticker on the chain guard but I don't have any other information! Please help...
