The leader of Isis has been seen on camera for the first time in almost five years in a new video released by the extremist group.
Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi gives a speech in a video addressing the end of the group’s physical ‘caliphate’.
The last time he was seen like this was in Mosul, when he announced its beginning in 2014.
