Nearly five years after his first appearance in a video, delivering a sermon at the Great Mosque of al-Nuri, in Mosul, Iraq, Islamic State (IS) leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi reemerged in visual form, acknowledging the end of the Baghuz battle and the fall of many fighters, and in a separate segment, discussing the Easter Day bombings in Sri Lanka.
