Man gets liposuction to create a six-pack in strange new ‘abdominal etching’ trend
BLOKES are getting their belly fat moulded into fake six-packs as part of a bizarre new ‘abdominal etching’ trend.
Pangpaparn Ounvilai, from Thailand, had flab taken specific parts of his stomach to create abdominal lines – and tourists are queuing up to have the procedure themselves.
He went under the knife at the Masterpiece Cosmetic Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand after shelling out £3,000 to get an instant beach body.
He said: “I have been working out for many years but I want to my abs line to be more defined, so I did the surgery.
“It will make my body always look good even though I will gain a little fat. I am happy this way.”

The six-pack op has been increasing in popularity over the last four years in Thailand.
The procedure was carried out by plastic surgeon Atittayapa Photiya, and involves no plastic or silicone.
