Mozambique cyclone survivors out of reach of humanitarian aid

Rains were still pounding parts of northern Mozambique on Tuesday, several days after deadly Cyclone Kenneth, while the United Nations said aid workers face "an incredibly difficult situation" in reaching thousands of survivors.
