Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati on Tuesday hit out at both the Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) and Congress for not fulfilling their poll promises made in the past.Speaking at an election rally here, Mayawati said, "Both Congress and BJP have failed to fulfil promises made to the people."The BSP chief said, "After independence, Congress had power in Centre and states for a long time.
