TEHRAN (FNA)- The Islamic State terrorist group (known as ISIS/ISIL or Daesh) is strengthening its positions in Afghanistan, using that country as a bridgehead for further expansion in the region, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu stated on Monday.
