Bodycam & Helicopter Footage Shows Chase and Arrest Of Carjacking Suspect

On Monday, License Plate Reader technology alerted Volusia County sheriff's deputies to a Land Rover that was reported stolen in an armed carjacking in North Miami a day earlier.

The vehicle fled from responding deputies, but Air One followed it into Seminole County, where the occupants bailed and were ultimately tracked down by VCSO K-9 Endo.

The driver, Jamie Snell, 29 (DOB 12/16/1989) of Sanford, was arrested on charges of grand theft auto, fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement and resisting an officer without violence. He was still in custody Tuesday morning at the Seminole County Jail on $7,500 bond.
