Francis Benali's next big challenge

Not sure if anyone's seen these but Francis Benali has done two horrific challenges and put hi body through hell both times for Cancer Research UK.

Well he's training for his third and it's by far the toughest yet. So tough i'm genuinely not sure he'll finish it. He is doing 7 iron mans in 7 days. An iron man is a triathlon on steroids. It's a full marathon everyday along with a 2.4 mile swim and a 112 mile cycle. The man is 50 years old!!
