[HSSU Hornets] Athletic Department Celebrates Swarms Awards

ST. LOUIS, MO - The Harris-Stowe State University Athletic Department celebrated their annual Swarm Awards last night at the Missouri Athletic Club. The department announced several awards including The Beeson Award, BSN Coach of the Year Award, the Missouri Athletic Club Scholar Athletes of the Year, and the Male and Female Athletes of the Year. In addition, each team announced their Most Valuable Player awards as well as their Hornet Heart and Hustle Award. The winners were as follows:

The Beeson Outstanding Community Service Award - Baseball Team

BSN Coach of the Year - Brittany Stewart

Missouri Athletic Club Scholar Athletes of the Year - Camila Chavez and Adrian Diaz Alvarez

Men's Basketball MVP - Bear Clarkson

Men's Basketball Hornet Award - Riley Barnes

Women's Basketball MVP – Jordan May

Women's Basketball Hornet Award – Kambri Davison

Baseball MVP – Chase Goldwater

Baseball Hornet Award – Cole Danielson

Cheerleading Spirit Award – Kayla Lewis

Softball MVP – Sophia Chamberlain

Softball Hornet Award – Kyrah Johnson

Women's Soccer MVP – Paula Ulreich
