Two primary school kids arrested for plotting school massacre in Tennessee creating kill lists and drawing up maps
TWO primary school pupils have been caught plotting a bloody school massacre – creating kill lists and drawing up maps for their campaign of carnage.
The children, aged between 11 and 12, were charged with attempted murder on Tuesday over the elaborate plot to shoot up their Tennessee school.
Police say they had planned to smuggle in guns and stash them in their lockers at South Cumberland Elementary School in Crossville.
The warped children were then going to open fire on fellow students before killing themselves on the last day of classes, authorities say.
They allegedly drew up a detailed map of how to pull off the massacre by slipping through a back door before grabbing the hidden guns and blasting children and teachers.
A member of staff first reported the two sixth-graders last week after hearing a rumour that they had drafted a “hit list” complete with names of kids they planned to murder.
PLANNED ‘IN DETAIL’
Investigators didn’t find the list – but did unearth “multiple conversations” between the two students in which they allegedly planned the school shooting in detail, Cumberland Sheriff’s office said.
Sheriff Gary Howard told reporters: “The sixth grade students planned to bring guns to school and they hide them in lockers and somewhere towards the end of school, they were going to come in and shoot faculty and staff.”

They were arrested on April 26 and authorities found no weapons at the school or in the students’ homes.
The pair were charged with conspiracy to commit murder and were jailed at a juvenile detention centre, police said.
Their parents have been assisting school administrators and law enforcement.
