Goats silence the 'Dogs, 4-0 in Hartford

Hartford right-hander Rico Garcia (W, 2-0) fanned a franchise-record 11 batters, leading the Yard Goats (12-14) to a 4-0 win over the Portland Sea Dogs (7-13) on Tuesday night at Dunkin' Donuts Park. Portland is now 3-2 on their six-game trip.
