Spain held a snap general election on Sunday, its third in four years. Though no party got enough votes to have a majority, the country's ruling Socialist party came out on top, while a right-wing party, Vox, will enter the Spanish Parliament for the first time since military dictator Franco's rule ended in the 1970s.
